Is it just me, or does each soccer injury get harder to watch instead of easier to watch?

This dude put icy hot on his balls, drank an extreme hot sauce extract, got kicked in the balls, pepper sprayed in the face, shot by three paintball guns, and then tazed till he fell on the ground and started crying.
